Docetaxel as adjuvant therapy

Mr. Farmer,

Thanks for the encouragement, and congrats on your low PSA. I just got my 3 month which is <.01. It doesn't really help my quandry, it just adds to my indecision.

I am not discouraged, but just like everyone else, I am trying to do the right thing at the right time. I don't know if you saw the study I was posting to some of the guys, but it really emphasizes the need to proceed with some urgency if we want the advantage of adjuvant therapy.

On top of that, radiation does carry a fair amount of possible side effects, which makes us want to be sure we need it before we proceed.
