Thanks to all who have completed the questionnaire. I have now revised it to collect data from those who had seeds as well.

If you have already completed the questionnaire YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE IT AGAIN. In fact please don't. If you haven't taken it, it is at

I will try to put together a preliminary report this weekend.

To Piano and others who have suggested alternate questions -- I have decided to stay with the ED questions used by medical researchers. Mostly because validating questions is not simple and I know just enough about doing it to understand the pitfalls.

Some have suggested a survey on continence. Let us see if this one proves interesting and what I can find in the literature about what has been used

I applaud what you are doing. This should generate some great data. While it seems like forever to me, I will reach the 4 week point on Tuesday of next week. If you don't mind, can you leave the survey up for those of us who are new to the club? I promise to fill it out in 2 weeks after I have the go ahead from the Uro to "go ahead". (Right now I'm only going to the head.)

Dear geezer:

As a seed guy I would be happy to participate...but...the link in this thread looks the same as the other one, i.e. all surgery questions.  What am I missing?

Not only is this survey the subject of fond memory, but also wishful thinking, lol.

But I applaud you geezer for this and look forward to having something to be surveyed about!
