Romeo,
Piano,
I will try to answer your questions.
I believe the PA started me with papaverine (the .3, .5 & .75 doses). The .3 gave me a baseline for future injections based on comments by the PA. The .5 worked well and I had an erection for about an hour and a half. The .75 gave me an erection that lasted about 5 hours. I was seriously considering the trip to the ER but I could tell the erection was subsiding plus I had taken Sudafed (as suggested in other posts). The other part of the .75 injection is it worked well for me and my wife (about 3 times she said!). I now have the prescription for bimix and will probably start with the .5 or .3 injection just to establish a baseline for it. Haven't had a chance yet to try but will report back with results.
The cost of the bimix was $56.00 for the 1.0 supply and 10 syringes, needles, etc. The pharmacist though I would be able to get 9 injections from this amount. He, too, mentioned the use of Sudafed to help the erection to subside. This is compared to $150.00+ for the prescription of 10 Viagra (100mg) and about the same for Cialis (20mg). Yes, I have a prescription for both (very understanding Dr.)
Hope I answered the questions, but will check in occasionally w/status and updates. Overall, I am VERY pleased with the results and am wondering why I put up with the frustration of Viagra & Cialis not working and my frustration w/the pump other than helping my ego and knowing I was able to get an erection even though it was "induced" - so to speak.
