Two More PC Books to give away

Still thinning about my library, have two barely used books related to PC.  Both are free, and I will include shipping to the first people that e-mail an interest.

100 Questions & Answers about Prostate Cancer, by Pamela Ellsworth & John Heaney, 238 pages, paperback

 

and

The First Year:  Prostate Cancer, an essential guide to the newly diagonosed, by Christopher Lukas, 266 pages, paperback

(A Patient-Expert Walks You Through Everything You Need to Learn and Do)

 

Both are excellent starter books, hope some can use them.  When you are through, pass them onto another brother in need.

The first book was given to me by my uro/surgeon the night he gave me the bad news. It was passed around to the adult family members that were clueless on the subject, and to a couple of nurses as well.

Last Chance: If no one requests any of the books today, going to donate them to my local library. Was hoping someone newly diagnosed or pre-diagnosed would see this.

Another option is to use BookMooch.com. It's a free site where you list books you want to give away.
I would bet that anyone who wants to receive those two books either has PCa or has a close relative with it.

There are a few other book swapping sites out there. I mention BookMooch because I use it all the time. It's a very simple system--give away a book, get a point. Get a book, spend a point. The sender pays the postage. The site itself does not charge anything.

I think the library donation idea is great, too.

Thanks for the tip, honestly thought we would have someone fairly new here that might like them, so Monday morning, these books with some other non pc related ones will go to my town library. So if anyone wants them or either of them, please email me quickly.

Got your e-mail, on the way to you Monday morning. If you want when you are through, see if you can pass them on to another brother or brother's family. I like to recycle mags and books.
