Gleason stayed the same: 3+4/7.

Inked Margin: Not Involved.

AJCC Staging: T2c,NO,MX.

There was some invasion of the capsule and some perineural invasion. I'm hoping we got this in the nick of time. I keep thinking, "What if my wife didn't work at the urology clinic and bug me about attending the free screening?"

I know I am not out of the woods yet. Not by a long shot. But I know, sadly, that there are a lot of people in this forum whose prognosis is a lot worse than mine. I think about you guys and your families a lot right now, and pray.

Wife came home and pulled the drain from my RALP today. Good to have someone provide home care. And even though I've gotten an erection with the catheter in, she leaned on the Cialis rep and brought home a few pills.

Need to update the sig now.

O Buddy Boy --- erections with the catheter in! You're like just recovering from the anesthetic and you've got Cialis on hand! And you've got a half decent path report (welcome to the 3+4 club) --- You're going to have to change your alias here to "Boy O Boy" And, you'll want to put a few !!! after that.

Sounds like you're off to one "H" of a start. And three cheers to that wife of yours, who not only gets to to the clinic in the first place, but is scamming Cialis pills for you now. I think the Jews have a saying, something about a good wife being the best treasure. Me thinks you struck gold and diamonds all in the same woman.

Sounds like you are at least off to a pretty good start, and pretty good pathology report. Your weiner sounds like it has its mind made up to work for you. Good luck as you continue to recover.

As Sheldon said welcome to the 3+4 club here also. Man I just have to say what a trip wife to pull the plug and you get wood early one. Im turning green.
