L Argenine

It is a NO/vaso dialator and is fairly safe taken in recommended doses. Many guys find that taking it with other PDE-5's (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) increases their efficacy. We have one member who take a whole cocktail of L-Argenine, viagra and injections.

I have tried taking doses of 1000mg before a viagra and it certainly seems to boost it.

There are 3 types of Arginine

L-Arginine
Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG)
Arginine ethyl esther

The last 2 are more readily absorbed through the intestines

BUT, you can get 2-3grams of L-Arginine in just a 1/4 cup of walnuts and get other beneficial nutrients as well

Its a very safe supplement, many body builders take as much as 12-16 grams a day so taking a few 1g tablets during the day is no problem

I have taken la arginine in the past primarily thru arginmax, it gets a little pricey but if you stick with it I found it very beneficial.  Its also seems to help chlosterol and overall general heath.  You really need to take a pretty high dose for about 2 weeks to get results, like 300 mg per day.  Nothing like viagra at all it just seems to give you a much harder woody naturally.
