Read this article recently myself, and it is part of the reason I feel so strongly about Gleason 7's, its the "4" component that is so dangerous.

Great article. Thanks for posting it. Being a Gleason 8 myself, I don't have to guess whether my PC is aggressive or not.

Yeah Ed, unfortunatley, doesnt matter what the mix is, yours is already 4+4, but so far, you are doing great ,and hope you continue

The survival data refered to in this article is very old. I't sounds like these guys are just saying be very cautious if you have a Gleason 7 component. Tell us something we don't already know....
