Do the trimix injections help to infuse blood into the 1/3 of the penis inside the body, or is it like the pump and only causes blood to flow into the out of body 2/3's?

The pump gives my outer 2/3 a nice erection, but nothing to hold the sign post up in the air without any blood backing it up in the

1/3 inside me.

Any comments on this?

It is better than the pump, and is an aid to the pump, but don't look for a flagpole like you had when you were 17. It also appears that some men have a better reaction than others.

The entire penis, including the bulb, will be engorged. Many men find they have great erections with injections. Lots of guys feel like they are 19 again.

I gave up on the VED, never could get the darn thing to work right. The trimix/bimix injection fills up the whole penis. Injection is pretty easy, the most difficult thing is getting the dosage right. Too little, nothing happens, too much, off to the ER you go. If using trimix start out low and increase by 3 units with each subsequent injection. Be conservative. You are trying to avoid the 4+ hour erection syndrome. Keep lots of sudafed available to bring it down just in case you over shoot.............

My experience with the injections, and mind you the injectable medication that I take is Phentalamine & Prostagladin E, with a little Lidocaine for the pain, does appear to perform much better than the VED pump, which gave me the "hinge" effect. This "hinge" effect for me was not a functional solution for intercourse. It was like trying to stuff a limp sausage into a garden hose, so to speak. The injections do affect the entire penile tissues, including those located within the pubic region, so no longer is there a hinge affect. What is a problem, is getting the medication dosage titrated so that the degree of pain that occurs about 1/2 hour after the injection is decreased. And so far, we have not gotten the dosage correct so that the erection is functional, and the severe pain is absent. It seems that when I inject adequate amounts of medication to create a functional, useable erection, then I get so much pain, that it completely detracts from the whole purpose of performing sex. But we (my wife and I ) are still working on that and hope to get all issues resolved soon !

mspt, have you had to go to the ER? I wonder what happens if you get one of those 4 hour erections and go to the ER. Do they see you quickly, or do you have to sit there for hours on end waiting to be seen?

Using Trimix I get exactly the same flag pole erection as before surgery as long as I am aroused

If I am not aroused, the head is not completely filled, but the shaft is still rock hard, a bit of forplay and presto back to 100% at the tip

Great erection inside the VED but as soon as I deflated the air the erection would subside, never tried the rings though
