Received my 90 day post surgery PSA report today. The score is 0.05 which is good enough for my wife and I to feel relieved and to celebrate with some optimism. Was hoping for 0.00, but this is a good enough start, and we will see what happens at the next PSA test. As it happens, we launch ourselves this Tuesday on a 54 day self-guided tour of Cambodia and Vietnam, and this report will make that trip even better. We had actually started planning this trip last spring, but my PSA test in July put that on hold as it was apparent that there was probably going to be a significant detour. Recovery from surgery and the absence of any continence issues reignated my travel lust very quickly, and we put our plans in motion again four weeks out of surgery. Feel very fortunate to be able to do this at all (many cancer patients as we know do not have this gift of time), and look forward to many more adventure trips with my wife. We will travel on our own to Pnomh Penh, Kep, and Siem Reap (Ankor Wat) in Cambodia; in Vietnam, Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An, DaNang, DaNang,Mui Ne, Saigon, and the Mekong Delta. Life is good. Best wishes and luck to all.
