Wow, certainly not much sympathy for anyone with PCa among the comments.  The responders to the article about the dad with PCa sounded down right p**ssed off that space on this espn site was being taken up by an article about someone with PCa.

Thank goodness for sites like this one!!

Sorry to hear that

such a sad and disturbing reaction to the ESPN article from the #$%^heads - regardless of age and background
- that is why there is less support and press for prostate cancer awareness compared to breast cancer awareness
- as I stated in a previous posting - MEDIA COVERAGE / SUPPORT - breasts are good - pennis are icky -
- when I spoke to a local businessman, who was promoting (through his printing company) breast cancer awareness calendars of scantily clothed large-breasted females ( 16 months worth) about setting up a calendar to promote prostate cancer awareness, his response was -" who wants to look a pictures of #$%^holes?" I couldn't convince him that prostate cancer affect all men - fathers / sons/ brothers - he no longer has my business.
