Hey folks, well yesterday was the first psa after Mr. Roboto and they just called to say 0.03! Needless to say we`re givin it the big yipee around here. Everything else is progressing ok, bruising and swelling are all gone, a few mystery aches and pains but i`m not complaining. I worked on one of the racecars last nite for a few hours and felt ok but did notice as i tired i leaked abit, nothing bad but i see i still have some work ahead in strengthening the gut muscles. All in all very happy for one month out. God bless this board, Tim

re: racecar - don't overdo any activity - am told it takes up to 6 months to get old stamina back - and keep up the kegels !

good news (nah, great news!) - don't push the physical activity too much - you've still got some healing to do.

excellent news Tim and welcome to the club. Isn't it exciting to be a zero? I hope you will start writing that new chapter in the book of life and this time slow down and catch the details.
CONGRATS my friend
