Does anyone knows hot to interprent the following pathology report statement (after prostatectomy)?
"Estimated volume of tumor: 0.34 cc
Gleason score: 4+3; primary pattern 4, secondary pattern 3.
Estimated volume > Gleason pattern 3: 90%."
If the dominant patern is 3, why Gleason score is 4+3 (but not 3+4)?
