I have a 70 yo friend who was recently diagnosed with a 3+3=6 gleason in one poke / t2a. I suggested AS as the best possible short term way to go. He has scaring and repaired hernia from past colon cancer. I would guess surgery is not really an option. He is meeting soon with the radiologist to see about
going that way.
What do you think? Is surgery out, is radiation the way to go. Is brachytherapy possible?
