SUCCESS WITH FROZEN TRIMIX

SUCCESS WITH FROZEN TRIMIX! I am 38 months out from DaVinci RP and have been using Trimix since month 8.   I wanted to share with you some factual news regarding frozen Trimix that I can personally attest to.   about July 1, 2008 I purchased a new mix from a local specialty pharmacy in the St. Louis area.   When I arrived to pick the prescript ion, the pharmacist made me aware he had reduced the price to $50 for a 10cc bottle because the material was within two week of “expiration”.   In addition, knowing that he most probably would not be able to sell some of the remaining mix by this expiration date he asked if I would be interested in taking another 10cc bottle with the mix frozen.   For free? Why not and $50 for 20cc if it all worked out.   Having freezer packs with me in a cooler I headed home with a smile.   The first bottle lasted me from that date of purchase until the last drop was used on March 31, 2010 .   Mind you that the dosage gradually had to be increased as time went on with 0.10cc being the max.   For 20 months the 10cc bottle did well with solid performance.   It was time for the frozen Trimix and I was excited to see what the results were going to be.   I started the first injection with 0.06cc.   It worked with excellence but a little heavy on the dosage amount.   Very firm for over four hours but somewhat pleasant.   More annoying then anything else and it faded slowly with no alarm or Sudafed.   I have been there before on overdose and I new I was not in that situation so all went OK.   After a few more injections I am down to 0.03cc with very firm erections.   I will reduce this amount to check on the results but I believe I am on the edge.   I think it will be OK but will require more stimulation.   I presume I have about 20 months on the 10cc bottle also.   All in all, this is probably the best bargain that I will ever come across for Trimix.   Moral of the factual story is two fold, don’t let the expiration date fool you and don’t be afraid to use good frozen Trimix!   Hope this was helpful, Marc

Yes, I did post earlier as you stated and thank you for being observant. I had not received any replies and thought it would be worthy to report this news onec again but in a different written approach to see if I could make the presentation mor appealing and noticeable.  Looks like the second time worked much better as I did receive at least some attention.  And YES, I am still real excited about helping others by passing on REAL factual data.

The mix was obtained in a 10cc bottle frozen solid from the pharmacist.  I transported the frozen mix in a cooler filled with ice packs to my home freezer immediately and it remained in the freezer for 20 months.  When I thawed the frozen mix the first time it then remained in the refrigerator as it  is today.  My syringes are filled on demand when needed from the unfrozed material.  I do not freeze/un freeze.  This, as in food products, is NOTa good idea.

I suppose if you filled several syringes from a never frozen mix and then froze them to be used one at a time then you would be OK.

New to this site. I see that some recommend freezing Trimix.

Checked with company and they are highly against the idea.

They state that the med has a shelf life of 4 months when

refrigerated. They argue against freezin the med in the syringe

due to sterility issues as well as the possibility of the syringe

becoming weak and breaking either in freezer or during

injection (ugh).

 

On the other hand - one would think they know more about it then we do...or at least more then I do.

A pair of tweezers should be able to grab that broken needle pretty easily...Getting up to get the tweezers might not be fun.

Considering the location of the injection site - I'll error on the side of caution thank you very much

I am not sure what type of needle youare using but mine are all plastic ,So I cannot see them breaking if frozen

I have been using Trimix since November and it works well. My dosage comes frozen and can be kept frozen for 6 months or so. I get two small bottles. One is to go in the refrigerator and can last 4 to 6 weeks. So far I have not had any problems with either (frozen or in the fridge). Been working well to this point.
