Thanks Bronson...........this is more important than we think. When I consulted a medical oncologist prior to deciding on my mode of treatment, he brought this to my attention after I mentioned that my mother had breast cancer, and my sister is a double mastectomy survivor (MSK). Even though the ship has sailed with respect to my prostate cancer, I might still be at significant risk of breast cancer if carrying one of the genes (can't remember which, or the difference between the two) He suggested that I get my sister's results, as he felt she was surely tested for such at MSK
She has this on her to-do list, and I gently reminded her again after reading your post.
