When do you take ED Meds?

Hi Guys:

Last week I went for my normal 3 month check up with my uro. He decided that it was time to wake up "Willie", .  He prescribed Cialis (1 tablet 2X per week).  So far, no reaction from "Willie". My question is when do you take this medication?  In the morning I take my blood pressure meds, vitamin, etc.  I really don't think I should take Cialis at the same time.

Any advice??  The package instructions aren't clear, the instructions say take anytime.

If you are not among the lucky who Get Wood at the first pill pop (we never are it seems) then as Steve says the best chance is at bedtime and even then it will possibly only help with nocturnal erections.

Also I think (and other people have mentioned too) that Viagra seems a little more powerful in that regard -- cannot really say if Cialis (using Ceebus from India) is doing as good.

In the mean time .. keep using the pump.

Or go with Muse or Trimix or Trimix Gel or Caverject ... to really get things jumping .. at least it will get your spirits up for an hour or two ...

For sexual function rehab, you should take the pill at night with the intent of achieving an erection (and a climax) in the morning.

Don't make the mistake of simply taking the pill and then looking down there in the morning to passively see if anything is going on. You need to actively "take matters into your own hands", both figuratively and literally, during rehab period. Additional manual stimulation will be required in the early days of rehab; more than might have been needed in the past. Once your rehab is well underway, less will be needed.

Some guys think all they have to do is take the pill and then "poof!"...and then they are disappointed with the poor results.
