Trimix used in longivity?

I am 39 months post op wirh no natural erections.  For many months (~30) told to use told to used Trimix two to three times each week for exercise or intercourse.  Now at 39 months, am told to use Trimix only for intercourse with nothing else to use.  Has any one else been told this and to what end would is this suggestion made?  As a male, the erections make me whole some a couple times a week with or without intercourse.  Are the long term injections bad for the liver, etc?  I have not given up hope and would like to keep trying and pushing the envelope.

Any one have thoughts on this ?

I gave up injections at 18 months because of a slight bend starting to one side. This was in spite of being careful to inject on alternate sides.

Like you, I found the pump gave larger than normal erections that took some getting used to. However, we have gotten used to it, and I now get satisfactory results with just the pump for both exercise and intercourse. As with injections, it needed a fair bit of practice to discover the technique that works best for me.

Not as good as the injections of course, but I never really liked the injection process that much, and was kind of happy to find an excuse to give it up.

I am at 28 months using Bimix.  I developed a slight curve to the left.  It has not progressed so I am not sure if it is from the surgery or the shots.  I was doing fine with erections and viagra until I had 37 Rad treatments.  That kind of ended the progress for me.
