GFMPH Weekend Retreat (2010)

With all you high tech minded guys, set up a video conferencing time, and you can still see my ugly mug and hear my annoying monotone voice. Won't even charge for a guess appearance that way.

I know it is still early to be discussing this, but that weekend, Sept 25 and 26, is the Rochester NY Gun Show at the Monroe County Fair and Exposition Center. Whether you believe in gun owner rights, gun control or no guns at all, walking around the show will bolster your case and convince you, you are right. The is always an amazing amount of equipment on display and for sale. The attendees are 98-99% males, more than half above the age of 55. Odds are you'd have to go to an UsToo meeting to find a higher concentration of missing prostates. Everyone is impeccably polite and well behaved.
It really is fun. I particularly like watching the check-in process at the door. Regular guys standing in line and then pulling out hardware from places you'd never expect. Talk about concealed carry.
My son used to sell firearms and can probably be a tour guide one of those days.
Keep it in mind.

bump for bert and any newbie that is wondering what the heck is going to happen in Rochester - the same as the Cajun GFMPH 2011 - but with a northern flair ... do western new yorkers have flair?...

Hey Bert it worked for me this year Honey GFMPH that I go to Rochester and be happy. She even said she was tired of me talking about my HW brothers all the time would like the peace and quiet. Last month I told her that GFMPH that I  go  to the "Adult Toy" store for a few  GFMPH purchases. She said "yes then go", before PC there was no way she would let me go there. I am a quick learner. Of course I did wear a trench coat and sunglasses to the toy store.
