Something new out there.

 Here's something to study up on!  Stem cell research.  This stuff looks promising, and there are a lot of studies going on around the world.  Use your standard everyday search engine.  I started off with:  stem cell erectile dysfunction.

One or two docs at the VA told me, maybe....10 years down the road.  I'll give it 5 to 6.

Also look up: stem cell +  any other medical condition.  I've read about near miricals at a clinic in Germany for healing of spinal cord injuries.

I'm still waiting an answer from a trial about to begin in France for erectile dysfunction. Texas Heart Institute rejected me for the cardiac study as I am in reasonable health. She said about 2 more years for sure.

Recently had dinner with a friend I had not seen in over 25 years. He related a story about his heart condition that was diagnosed shortly after our last rendevous. They advised watchful waiting for that case as he was otherwise in good shape and the current treatment at that time was pretty dire. Something like 12 years later he had an operation that did not exist at the time of his Dx which corrected the problem with minimal risk or lifestyle impact.

Progress is slow, but it does come along.
