Hundreds of motorcyclist from accross Canada recently completed a

cross-country tour to raise awareness of prostate cancer.

They started in Newfoundland and 29 days later completed

their journey on the West Coast in Victoria.

Quite a trip, dont you think?

That would have been a great ride. Not sure I am ready to embark on a trip that long, but looking at the map sure gave me wanderlust.

Hi JB71,

Thanks for this report and to all those that participated in that journey.

I live in Vancouver, B.C. and this is the first I've heard of this trip
across Canada . Maybe I live a bit under a rock, but if this was done in the name of breast cancer it would have been all over the news and the papers. We still ave a lot to learn to further our cause.

I echo Magaboo's comments - I am aware of Ride for Dad in June ( for father's day) but there was nothing in the national or local press about this important trek ...
