Update signature problems

I am having problems updating my signature. Every time I move the cursor to the end of the text and start typing it erases about 5 lines of what is already there. Any idea of what I am doing wrong??? thanks for your help

There is a 400 character limit....Yours is 909 characters

(909 counting spaces - 757 characters not counting spaces)
