Dr Cho has been publishing papers on aspirin and PCa (as well as other cancers) for several years. His results do seem to show a decline in biochemical recurrence. Not a magic bullet, but at least a statistical difference.
As with any medication, discuss this with your doctor before starting on aspirin. Just because you can buy it over the counter doesn't mean that you should
