Question re. Estracyt or Emcyt (estradiol) urine reaction?

Just started on Estracyt (Pfizer Europe) 140 mg pills,
starting dose 3 pills a day, adding 200mg aspirin.
AFAIK same as Emcyt.
Body weight 65 kg, no other medication .

Blood test before starting :
psa 116, trombocytes 160, alp 60, alat 15, asat 25, f T4 15 (scale 12-22)
HDL 1.8, creatinin 92, TSH 2 .

After a few days urine started to look rather dark, like strong tea.

Question if this is a normal reaction to Estracyt/Emcyt, or not?

For obvious reasons cannot consult my Doc. re this as Estragon treatment
is a no no in my country. (Cannot understand why ?)

Guessing that you already know all fo the following...But I sure wouldn't take it without my Doc knowing about it:

Unfortunately, estramustine phosphate also affects normal, healthy cells and therefore it produces serious side-effects during long-term treatment. The most important side effect is in the bone marrow where blood cells are made. Regular blood tests may therefore be needed to prevent the damage becoming permanent.

Side effects
Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine. Because a side effect is stated here, it does not mean that all people using this medicine will experience that or any side effect.

Inability of the heart to pump blood efficiently (heart failure)
Decreased production of blood cells by the bone marrow (bone marrow suppression)
Alteration in results of liver function tests
Abnormal enlargement of breasts in men (gynaecomastia)
Nausea and vomiting
Chest pain (angina)
The side effects listed above may not include all of the side effects reported by the drug's manufacturer.

Thanks Steve for advice and "heads up"..,
my intention was to go very slowly ahead with this,
taking only 3 pills per day.
Normal dosage would be 6+ for my weight - 140mg for each
ten kilo of body weight.
After taking 100 I would check if any response on psa level - however
am not very optimistic since I've already been on ADT,ref: dr. Richard
Wassersug,Canada, and others.

If,on the other hand there should be some response the way to go is to
use transdermal patches, thereby at least bypassing any damage to liver
functions.

However,main concern now is this uncommon (?) urine reaction, it is nowhere
mentioned as a possible side effect.
