AUS 800 & Vacuum Erectoaid Compatibility.

Guys, I made the 90 days from the Laser Roto-rooter without too much scar tissue
My primary Urologist ( who used to install AUS) stated he felt I was a good candidate for the AMS800
Dec 13, I have console with Dr. Angermeier - Cleveland Clinic.
Prayers would be appreciated that I can get rid of the pads ( 6-7/day if I don't use a restricter (Erectoaid Rubber)) and get the AUS 800 installed.
I know it will be the double cuff based on my leakage.

The one question I have is using the Esteem Vacuum Erectoaid with the AMS 800.
I finally have gotten the hand of the Vacuum pump and rings.
Wife and I have enjoyable love making.
The one think I worry about is the AUS and the Pump.
Is it compatible - can I use it and not affect the AUS?
Your comments would be appreciated.

I really do not want to get an artificial erectoaid implanted.

I also leak that amount or more but don't know pads as I have been using external condom style catheters and leg bag. I am scheduled for the AUS (AMS 800) on 1/11/11 as well as the IPP (AMS 700LGX) . I added the IPP surgery to get both problems "fixed" and get it over with, or as over as it will be. I will be getting a single cuff AUS and will go from there. I hope the both of us will be dry or at least not too wet.

I don't think you will have problems with the vacumn device after you have the AUS but you should ask your doc. I was not so lucky in the ED department as the vac doesn't not work for me. Getting the IPP is a last resort, I think, and I would not be doing it either if the vac worked for me.  Good luck and think about how nice it will be if the AUS works as well as others on this board report.
