Regarding point 4 -- ED.
Non-nerve-sparing surgery makes it unlikely that you will ever recover normal erections again -- the conclusion I have come to after nearly three year since RRP. That confirms what the doctors say, although we all live in hope...
However it's not all bad. From about
14 months, I started getting occasional nocturnal erections. At about
18 months I noticed it possible to get a semi-erection (lots of manual stimulation in conjunction with a constriction band) that might just be sufficient for intercourse. Another non-nerve-spared member (I forget who) reported something similar. For me, stimulation definitely enhances a pump-induced erection.
Bimix injections worked well for me, as does the pump. I found Cialis did nothing for me (at about
18 months), and assume that the other oral ED drugs would be the same.
Negative factor: no thought-induced erections, even slight. The most beautiful woman in the world could show her availability,
now, and nada.
Plus factors: orgasms are generally better than before surgery, I last longer, and no mess afterwards. Also I will never raise any embarrassment in a nudist camp
