Week 4 of exercise challenge, Monday, January 31st:
Warmup - 5 min. recumbent bike / 10 minutes stairmaster - aver. HR - 134 bpm (Actually hit 207 - sounds like a mechanical error!).
Weight Training - 60 min. biceps / triceps / shoulders and chest / abs
Treadmill - Interval run/walk - 136 baseline bpm - 2.5 miles - 30 minutes
Talking with a friend who is set for Robic RP in the near future - 15 min. - rest between sets!
Didn't have the strength left to move on to the elliptical. This HT can really take a toll in my energy level, but it is certainly challenging "competing against the HT". I am bound, bent and determined to win every day!
