The older Partin tables do not give nearly as optimistic a prognosis as the newer nomograms do..By excluding all the G8> and PSA 10> PC victims, you can paint a very bright picture if that is your goal..Some doctors are very careful about
the people they accept as patients..By keeping tight control of the front door, you can make their success to failure ratio look very good indeed.. I am sure MSK's nomograms are accurate predictions for the people included in the sampling..
I know that when I compared my prognosis using the Partin Tables and then the MSK nomograms, the MSK tables gave me a much better chance of long-term survival.. But only one of them can be correct and the Partin Tables have proven themselves to be very accurate over many years..

opening post of this thread..Squirm was given a 99% chance of surviving 15 years.. But if you take the time to study this excellent resource, (YANA) you to may take exception to the 99% survival figure..
