What do we need to do to get the biopsy slides sent to another lab for a second opinion?

Generally you as you doctor who did the biopsy to send the original slide to the doctor who will doing the second opinion

I have seen, what seems like, quite a few people talk about Dr. Epstein @ Johns Hopkins and he seems to be considered as an authority on Geason scores of slides.
Here is a post I found by doing a search of this site using the term "johns hopkins slides".

My biopsy slides were sent to Dr. Jonathan Epstein at Johns Hopkins for a second opinion. My urologist initiated the request and the pathology lab here in Seattle sent them to JHU.

I had a confirmatory second opinion on the slides back in about 10 days. Dr Epstein confirmed the positive biopsy and the Gleason score of 3+3.

My post-prostatectomy pathology slides were not sent to Johns Hopkins.
