The three-year anniversary of my surgery slipped by last week without my noticing, so here's a small update.
I had RRP three years ago. No side effects apart from ED. Continence continues to be good, with no leaks.
With non-nerve-sparing surgery, ED was to be expected, even though I hoped that I might be the rare exception. But at three years, I accept that what I have now is all I will have. Can't "think it up" to the slightest degree, although lot of manual stimulation with a constriction ring produces something that is stuffable.
Injections worked well for me, but I now prefer to use a pump, and I get good results with that although not brilliant. Like other guys here, I find orgasm to be better than before. Frequency is falling off, and lately has been once every 1-2 weeks. It's a lot easier these days to find reasons not have sex!
With BCR, I am not cured, so expect that ADT will be some time in my future. In otherwise good health, I also accept that PCa may kill me, perhaps in a period as short as a few years. I live every day as it comes. There are many things I enjoy doing, and nothing that I wish I had done -- apart perhaps from cavorting on a warm beach with a few naked beach bunnies!
To stave off the ADT day, I have been testing a largely vegan diet, with a few supplements -- some of which shall remain nameless! I am on a 3-monthly PSA test, so should have an early indication whether any of this is working in about
another month...

Gosh, hard to believe its been 3 full years, how time flies. With your stats, keeping to 3 month PSA tests makes sense to me, that way, if something happens, you won't have a huge gap in your numbers. Your beach fantasies sound good to me! Know a good beach?
Once my brain re-trained itself not to have an ejaculation with an orgasm, and that took me a few month to reconcile, I can honestly say that after 2 plus years, I wouldn't even want to go back. The big "O" for me, is so very intense and easily last 3-4x longer than anything I ever had pre-PC. Sure that varies guy to guy, just my take. And the no-mess part is a big plus with the wife.
Glad you are doing well, and hope you can continue that way for a long times yet.

Best of luck on your diet. I am going that route as well. Although snuck in a little corned beef yesrerday for St Patty day. Tradition and all. Our stats are also very similar although I jumped to SRT and HT at the first sign of BCR.

Thanks for the good wishes all.
Purg, no, I don't know any good beaches
If I ever did play out my beach bunny fantasy, I would join the group of those who die
with
PCa and not
of
it. My wife would see to that

Tell her the beach bunnies are good for prostate health reasons. My fave beach here in SC is Sullivans Island across the harbor from Charleston and my fave Florida beach is Ft. Desoto at the southern tip of St. Petersburg.
