I've watched quite a bit of the Arnold Palmer Invitational golf tournament for the last three days, and though Arnie has spoken a lot about
his Children's Hospital and the Women's Hospital, I'm a little surprised that he has made no mentiion of his Prostate Center in Rancho Mirage, or of prostate cancer in general.
As far as I know, he's been a great ambassador in the fight against prostate cancer and has raised millions for research, so I'm a bit surprised he hasn't made some mention of any of that. What a great opportunity to raise public awareness his appearances on the Golf Channel and NBC would have been.
Has anyone else been watching? Have I missed something?
For those who are not aware, Arnie had surgery at Mayo for prostate cancer in or around 1997 when he was in his late 60's.
