One afternoon a very miserable looking Boudreaux enters the doctors office. “Boudreaux you don’t look too good, what’s the problem?”, the doctor asks.
“Doc, I hurts all over - I’m in bad shape - I tink I gonna die”, Boudreaux replies.
“Where exactly does it hurt?”, the doctor asks.
“Here”, Boudreaux says and touches his stomach with his finger, “Ohhh, dat hurts”, he cries.
“Hmmm”, the doctor says. “And here”, Boudreaux says and touches his chest with his finger, “Ohhh, dat hurts”, he cries.
“Anywhere else?”, the doctor asks.
“Yeah, here”, Boudreaux says and touches his neck with his finger, “Ohhh, dat hurts”, he cries.
“I see”, the doctor says and examines Boudreaux’s finger, stomach, chest, and neck. “Hmmm”, he adds.
“Doc, I know I in bad shape - I know I gonna die - tell me how long I got”, Boudreaux says.
“Boudreaux, for a man your age, you’re in pretty good shape, except”, the doctor begins.
“Ceptwhat?”, Boudreaux cuts him off.
“Except your finger is broke is three places”, the doctor says.
