He had a great year until the tournament. Was listening to a long interview with him just a few weeks ago where he was discussing how hard it is for him to recruit the kind of talent needed to compete and what an time consuming lengthy process that was. He said he would work on doing a better job in that regard. Since he's known since the fall he must know how it won't interfere with this. I had no idea both Boeheim and Calhoun had it.
