I'm back... Hey where's everyone going?

Ok for those who followed my last few posts. I was having a major panic attack. I am now on Celexa and am finally able to focus. I no longer fly off the handle when stressed. I no longer have the racing thoughts or the inability to cope. I still have panic attacks, but they are much less intense and short lived.

I'm still doing AS and my last PSA showed a PSA reduction. I'm on FlowMax due to minor urgency in urination. My father in his 70's does not have PCa but does have an enlarged prostate. My sig has the dates and the values.

Last Friday I went to pee and was frightened to death. I had blood in my urine. It came out darkest at first, then gradually became clearer. I suspect it came from the prostate. I have not seen anything out of the normal since then. I have a history of kidney stones, and just passed a 2 x 3mm stone a few months ago. I had to have one removed about 4 years ago. My insurance will not cover anything related to kidney stones for 5 years after they pay out on it. I will have to pay out of pocket for any visits if this is kidney stone related.

What to do? :(

Glad to hear that you took the needed steps to deal with the anxiety and moodiness. Hopefully the bloood in the urine is a minor thing, but have it checked if it continues.

Thanks for the advice. I did email my doctor but haven't heard back yet. I have an appointment next month so I'm not too concerned. I have not seen any blood since the first time. I think I have an infection. It's difficult to tell when on Rapaflow because it numbs the prostate so much.

I started to read up on blood in urine. Kids, go into the other room... I have had trouble reaching an orgasm lately. The evening before this blood we had sex a few times, but I wasn't able to reach orgasm. The wife was ok with trying several times. :D I don't know if it had anything to do with the blood.

I'm not sure where the problem is with my inability to reach orgasm. Erections are no problem. Flowmax and Rapaflo are no help. I complained to the doc and he told me to try taking it every other day. I did so and it helped a lot. The first orgasm with electricity that I had had in months. But there is a fine line for me with my enlarged prostate and urgency in peeing vs. being able to feel the tickle that sparks the orgasm. In other words. When taking Rapaflo as prescribed I don't feel the need to go pee every 20 minutes, but orgasms are non existent. Every build up ends in disappointment. When lowering the dose I was able to reach orgasm, but soon that was gone and now it just feels like my prostate is under so much pressure. My dad also has enlarged prostate and he told me it would end my sex life. At first I didn't believe him. Sigh...
