Just in time for the long weekend, I had my three and a half year visit today, and thankfully I can renew my
ZERO CLUB membership for another six months. I have been so lucky that although my prostrate had 65% of it with cancer, I have had a really good recovery. Never had any leaking problems, but ED looks to be here to stay. The pump and rings are a minor problem if the cancer stays away. Each of us has a different journey. A close friend of mine had the same surgery and Doctor, same Gleason and had to follow up with radiation and HT, and has just seen a rise in his PSA, at the two year mark. His older brother also had the same Gleason and Doc, and has had no problems, so you just never know. On the positive side I have managed to drop 50 pounds with a change in diet, and will keep trying to get close to my ideal weight. As we approach Memorial Day, I want to thank all of you who have served.
