Welcome to the forum. I took the liberty of reposting your thread ----- it might get missed in the chat reminder. I assume you are 57 and according to protocol your PSA is a little high for your age. It is a sensible move to have it checked again despite the all clear on the last biopsy. I wouldn't get too anxious about
it just yet ------- there are many causes for an elevated PSA apart from the dreaded C word. Difficult as it is, try to relax till the biopsy is done. Did you get a free to bound PSA ratio on your last PSA test? One of our members, JohnT, if he chimes in, may be able to fill you in on a scan known as a "Colour Dopler Ultrasound". If you can line one up before the biopsy it can indicate areas within the gland that may be suspicious and worthwhile targeting for a sampling.
