Good numbers - it appears to me.
Be vigilant about how you use the HSA - remember you have to have contributed before you can spend (not like the FSA where you could get ahead of it during the year). I've had co-workers mess that up and overspend the card, causing overdraft fees.
I just put the card away, and pay out of pocket, keep the receipts, and then pay it back from the account as a single withdrawal at the end of the year. Be sure and look for an account with minimal fees and some interest. There are some that are a good deal, others that just hold your money and charge fees.
They manage to move all the record-keeping to you with an HSA.
