Second PSA results since surgery

Had a blood draw Monday for second follow up URO visit after surgery. I just assumed the doc would discuss the results then (in about 2 weeks). Got home to a phone message last night to learn the results were in and PSA is still undetectable. Man, what a relief!

I've already prepared myself (or at least as much as I can) for additional treatment when/if it becomes necessary, but for now - life is good!

On top of that, less than four weeks until we leave for a Caribbean cruise. The "pressure" is off, at least for awhile.

Amick, that's the way to start a cruise a big fat zero. What cruise are you going on? My wife and I are on a cruise leaving from Ft Lauderdale on Nov 27th. We are on Holland American Nieuw Amsterdam.  The cash I made from my AFLAC cancer policy is paying for our cruise. smilewinkgrin Love that Duck!!

Thanks one and all. Folks on here are the only ones (other than my wife) who understand just how important those zeros are, and the anticipation as the date for the next blood draw is near.

@Water Guy - We leave a few days after you, also out of Ft. Lauderdale. We're going on Royal Carribbean; ports are Nassau, Bahamas; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and back to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Unfortunately no "duck" for us - cold hard cash, but wellllllll worth it!

Are you on the Allure of the Seas? What date do you leave?  I will get my second PSA test when we get back on the 6th of December,

We are doing St Maarten, Grand Turk, San Juan and a private island Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas. We are calling this the Thanks to the Duck Cruise.  Also a delayed 40th anniversary celebration.
