I had LRRP almost 4 years ago - January, 2, 2008. Dr. Ahlering at UC Irvine.
I have my PSA tests done by my local family doctor's lab. The lab can not decide how to report results.
All tests were less then 0.04 until August 2009 when it was reported at 0.06. I went to see Dr. Ahlering who said not to worry unless it got above 0.1.
12/09 result was less than 0.1 which was how they were reporting then.
5/10 result was 0.05, back to more sensitive results. I did not worry too much as the 0.05 is less than 0.06, so either a decrease or all noise.
The tests in November 2010 and May 2011 were less than 0.1.
Today's report is less than 0.04 in November 17, 2011.
Not completely out of the woods but feel very good about
it.

4 years out and pulling a .04, that is major reason for celebrations, congratulations, remember, there is no .00 reading, so you are right down there.

PVE:
you are certainly in the Zero Club with PSA<0.04 ( zero club PSA- <0.10 - there is no such thing as an absolute zero)
CONGRATULATIONS !!!
