It's a chant we use here in Australia, which signifies all things good.
I have just had my 3 year PSA results <0.01.

It's so comforting to hear great news since I'm a new Gleason 7. Hopefully, I'll be there too. Wish you many more years in the Zero Club.

Thanks all for your encouragement and Kind words, its the morning after here in Oz, and I think I celebrated a little too much last night, suffering a little, but what the heck, it was certainly worth it.
