I see this number thrown about
a lot and I would like to see how this number is backed up. Maybe this is an overall average, but I would think this number is just as variable as with any other.
I think the success of salvage or adjuvant radiation therapy is dependent on many factors including
location of positve margins (if any), gleason score, skill of the doctor shooting the beams, and of course, a good measure of luck.
