My adjuvant RT was also with the Calypso system. My daily thread is linked in my sig.
I will say that having had DaVinci surgery, some significant colo-rectal surgery, spastic colon, and a years-long case of the 'roids left me a lot more at risk to the radiation side effects, so read it with that in mind.
There were a lot of much older guys at my clinic who did RT (all were Calypso, it is the standard process for the clinic) as a primary treatment. They all seemed to get along better than I did.
Getting the markers planted was not pleasant, but once that was over, the biggest issue for me was the water torture. I did have to stop taking Cialis during the week, as the little bit of back pain from the daily dose turned significant when I wanted to be perfectly still on the table.
Try to get a stable RT daily schedule. It makes getting into a routine of bowel and urinary habits much easier.
I'll be watching for your reports.
