Ok, folks. This is getting a little old. Last night, I had to make the run to the ER, for the second time. It went down at 5 hours, coincidentally I guess, when the nurse put the IV in my arm. At least she had a sense of humor. She was young. She was very "hurt" by my "reaction" to her. She had never had the effect on men before. So, again, I avoided the syringes, etc.
I think I am dealing with two issues: 1) Very small changes in the dose seem to make a big difference, and 2) I am getting inconsistent results. Last weekend, 0.18 was good for a little over an hour. The same dose, this time, resulted in 5 hours. The on-call uro PA came to the ER last night, ready to take it down, and we talked. He said I am going to have trouble getting the dosing right and these long ones don't help matters. My regular PA is out this week. I am sure he will have more to say next week. It is time to regroup and maybe starting moving up in tiny increments after several tries at each dose. I may stop varying the injection location as much until I get this dialed in .. just inject at roughly the same general location on alternate sides.
Good news: My wife and I had an amazing time. She is competely undeterred by ER trips. I think that part is cool.
