Zytiga (Abiraterone) for pre-chemotherapy PCa

Zytiga (Abiraterone) has shown to be beneficial in treating chemotherapy naive hormonal resistant prostate cancer. J&J unblinded the current trial as those on Zytiga benefited more than those on the placebo arm or the study. This is for asymptomatic or mildly asymptomatic patients

Hopefully the FDA will approve this use later this year.

BTW, yes, got blood drawn, but no results expected until Tuesday since my insurance requires a specific lab. The HT now or later question was the topic of the day. Won't hijack the thread by saying what we decided
