recontructive erethera surgery

  On mar 1 2011 I had prostate cancer surgery at age 57.  The Dr. feel he got all the cancer, and my psa number is good.The problem is scar tissue in the erethera which shuts everything down. I have surgery every 6 weeks to open things up. I have had the erethra clipped twice ,routor rooted ,and the last time I had the tissue injected with myomyisin a chemo drug and that didn't work.Now the Dr. want to do reconstuctive surgery. he is going to reconnect  the baldder with the erethera.To do this he has to cut about a 2" square off my pelvic bone and graft a muscle from my upper inner leg to the bladder to increase the cirulation in this area.  Has anyone had this done? What were your results? Any complications, how  long were you off work. I do not know if I should go through with this.Only altertitive is a stent any feedback would be appreciated.
