Post-RARP activity, three weeks out?

Odds are you'll be fine. You'll probably be wearing pads but other then that - driving a car isn't a big deal.

I reckon that the key factor here is probably the catheter.
If your cath comes out okay 7/8 days after surgery, then I'm pretty sure you'll be needing pads at that point, and that you'll probably also be needing pads at 20 days too, but leaking much less.
If however the catheter doesn't come out after a week (It happens due to internal leaking) etc) then it should still come out after two weeks, so by 20 days you'd be in pads but maybe leaking a bit more than if the cath comes out at 7 days.

Otherwise your question is can you manage on the dais while wearing pads? I'd say yes, but it may depend. Guys here have been able to do a lot by 20 days. I think a few have even manage to play 18 holes of golf, but we are all different.
Is the debate one long session or would there be a break half way? How formal is it, ie would it be possible to excuse yourself if needed and go to the bathroom without anyone thinking that it was odd?
If you are not chairing the discussion yourself how well do you now the person who is? Do you know them well enough to slip them a quite word before hand along the lines of "I've just had surgery and might need to pop out for a break" (you've no need to give too many details), I'm sure they'd be okay with it.
I am sure that if for instance a pregnant woman was taking part nobody would raise an eyebrow if she needed to leave the room, or if a diabetic needed to check their blood sugar.
Chairmen should be accommodating. I often used to chair meetings that lasted two hours and always tried to include a pause after one hour. (staff could come in to serve drinks, people could go to the bathroom etc, and a few years back it was even a long enough break for people to go outside for a smoke)

Another important thing will be what to do at the end orf the meeting. If you have been sitting down for two hours, then, when you finally stand up, I think you should go straight to the bathroom to sort out anything that needs sorting and then come back to chat to those present rather than hang around straight after.

I don't want to suggest anything too over complicated, but I also reckon that in the days before the debate you could have a dress rehearsal (dry run!!) to see if you can sit okay at a desk or table for two hours without needing to pee or change pads or get up etc. If you've done it once then you would I am sure be reassured.
