Guys,

For 18 months I had the "pleasure" of being incontinent after my surgery. I had the AMS sling installed a little over a year ago and it is great. The only down side is that it takes me a looong time to pee. 2.5 minutes. I know that doesn't sound like much but give it a try. It seems like forever.
To make better use of the time, I pee into an 18 oz cup. That offers the added advantage of never having to watch where I'm going, so to speak. I am free to comb my hair, or brush my teeth while answering nature's call. The problem is once I start brushing, I am pretty much limited to standing near the sink until I finish. It forces me to brush for the full 120 seconds recommended by the American Dental Association for proper dental hygiene.
Wait 'til I tell my dentist! He'll be so happy.

Just be very very careful with what you wash your mouth out with.

Let's see. Left hand - brush. Right hand - red cup. Rinse with blue cup - or is it the other way around.... :-)
