I was just driving when I heard this on a radio sports talk show. The guest was Clay Matthews of the Packers, who talked quite intelligently and frankly about
prostate cancer. One of the radio hosts said he had been treated. Thanks in part to early detection, he had no side effects. But he also recalled that Vince Lombardi refused tests and was detected late, and so died at age 57. (I haven't verified this.)
This is part of a fund raiser by Matthews, along with DeMarcus Ware and Wes Welker.
