My PSA went down almost 40 Points!

I attribute that to all the healthy eating and drinking.....

The most I can say is I gained 2 lbs., but have lost 3 the past few days as all those Cajun spices, oils, and fixin's have made their way thru me. tongue

Raddad, this is great news. Happy you had some good news.

I have to echo what the others have said about our outing. It was great and of course Jeff and his lovely wife were the best. I would have to say his brother and wife were fantastic as well. They are the type of people that never meet a stranger.
