ions, along with the other directions of the neck support and sleeping upright for 2 nights, etc. I still suffer recurring bouts of it and just do the maneuver, with the aid of my wife, and keep it at bay. Thanks for mentioning it, as I had forgotten what it was called, in case I needed to look it up again.
powellst, if suffering dizziness, I would go to an ENT, as they specialize in that area and condition. I fooled around with a GP for several visits before finally going to an ENT. Not diagnosing you, or telling you what to do, just sharing my experience with the problem.
