The current issue includes a defense of PSA screening, a discussion of why .1 is the cutoff for taking action on salvage therapy for PSA rise after RP, a new calculated index based on PSA and free PSA % for estimated the likelihood of high risk disease before biopsy, and a "risk count" based on PSA velocity. (as you may know, Catalona is a big advocate of the importance of pre-treatment PSA velocity, a topic that has been controversial within the PC research community.)
